I don't normally write reviews. however I think that the level of quality and service that I received at Sierra Cycles deserves comment. The employees and the store in general deserve high praise for their courtesy, neatness, and professionalism. Price and selection are excellent and should not be ignored. Parts department staff, unlike most motorcycle shops, is friendly informative, and willing to spend the time necessary with a customer so that they understand their purchase and are satisfied before leaving the counter. Great, well rounded selection of accessories on hand. None of the aloof smugness and know-it-all attitude so prevalent throughout the motorcycle industry. The service department is knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. All needs are addressed and possible scenarios taken into consideration before they take your hard-earned coin. No hustling a customer into repairs and service not needed. sales department gives you a relaxed family approach. No high pressure. Sure they want to sell you a bike! That's what they DO, but their approach is a question and answer type of "need or want" fulfilling style that addresses the purchase from the direction you, the customer is coming from. No hard sell here. Just a pleasant experience all around. Complaints and misunderstandings are addressed quickly and fairly. I've been motorcycling for 40 years and these guys are the BEST I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking to purchase or repair a motorcycle.

My wife and I purchased two bikes this past week. The entire process was easy. As first time buyers, the staff patiently took the time with us to help us with decisions from start to finish. Fantastic experience. We will be back and highly recommend.

Jason

The customer service was great! I bought a Can Am Spyder and was so impressed we went back the next weekend and bought a second one! You guys rock!

Heather

Great selection, very helpful staff, and the best prices I've seen. Great selections for financing and got me a great rate with very small down payment, and it only took a little time and I'm riding out. Tucson stores can't even come close to the great deal I got. I hope to own this Yamaha for awhile but will go there 1st if I need something newer. Thanks so much to the crew at Sierra Cycles

Robert

Barry is all about customer service and ranked as TOP 100 in the Nation WOW

Small town dealer with all the good that comes with that. They make you feel like 'Norm' the way they greet you and they treat you as a member of their family.

I found a crack in my front wheel when leaving work. I rode directly there and showed up 20 minutes before closing. Not only did they do a stand up job, the mechanic stayed 40 minutes after close to install and balance the tire. I will be going back.

I am in the military, so when I show up to a new place I am always skeptical of the mechanics because of the high probability of them ripping you off. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Sierra Cycles. I have had my bike in there on three separate occasions and they have done excellent work each time. One occasion in particular they proved their honesty; my motorcycle died on me in the middle of the road one day, and I knew by the way the engine sounded before it died that it was going to be an expensive fix. I took it in to them and sure enough, it was going to be about a $1,500 repair. But this was a repair that was under recall/warranty from Kawasaki and I got it for free. I would never have known unless the service department had told me. He could have pocketed the money at my expense but he didn't. I would highly recommend Sierra Cycles to anyone who needs work done on their motorcycle in SE Arizona.

Hey guy"s, few weeks ago Tim and I came in bought a trike and motorbike, just want you to know were out have fun on the and am learn and getting the hang of riding my trike's and loving it, thank you all for your time and service.we will have to stop soon.

Tim and Cindy

Just wanted to let you know how wonderfully I was treated yesterday when I had the trike serviced. The mechanic spotted a seeping differential gasket and brought it to my attention, He was able to get the bike back in the shop and replaced the gasket as well as the gear lube. It will make for a safer trip to Sturgis and one less worry. This is why I totally endorse Sierra Cycles and recommend it to anyone I know that's looking for cycle service or sales. Pass on my thanks to the shop. You've got a great bunch of guys.

Thanks again,

Dick

I would just like to convey special tanks. Gary Nunnery has been nothing but professional and embodies true customer care & service. I have always been able to get an appointment for service; discounts whenever possible and he has refused a monetary tip and requested that I give it to his mechanic instead. It's one thing to come in and just do your job; but it's another to come in because you love your job. Thanks again for the outstanding service and keeping my toys up and running.

These are family folks that might have just possibly invented the term "customer service". Best shopping experience in a LIFETIME of motorcycling! You walk in a stranger, but you WILL leave a member of the family!

I'd like to share my experience in dealing with Sierra Cycles.

I live in Tucson and as looking at a new 2015 Can-Am Spyder RT. In Tucson we have multiple dealers, but all are part of a large chain of dealerships, so there's little actual competition. The knowledge of the people you deal with at these dealerships varies significantly, and I just didn't feel right about the negotiations or the people.

I decided to call Barry at Sierra Cycles. Within a couple of phone calls, we not only completed a deal on a new RT-Limited for me, but we also agreed on an F3-S for Jacque as well. I love purchasing from a business owner that understands the connection between customer service and business success. Barry, Steve, David, Gary, Mike, and all of the others are wonderful people to deal with.

Tucson customers, I highly recommend you call and/or drive a few miles to see what Sierra Cycles can do for you. You will be impressed!

Regards,

Rob Owen and Jacque Milano

I'm a lady motorcycle enthusiast and have been treated badly or completely ignored in some MC shops here in Sierra Vista. It is a breath of fresh air to walk into Sierra Cycles and be treated with respect. All of the employees at Sierra Cycles treat lady riders with the same attention that they do the guys. I purchased a bike from them, partly because of their attitude...and they had the perfect bike for me! I've been back several times over the past month asking questions and purchasing accessories, feeling like a part of the Sierra Cycles family!- feeling respected.

Tamara

I'm a new motorcycle rider and just bought a used Honda Rebel. It had a leaking left front fork seal. Not only did they get me in and complete today, they got it done for way less than the original quote! Other service places told me the wait to just get in was up to 2 weeks, or they'd have to order the seals and that would take 1-2 weeks! Sierra Cycles had the seals in stock and worked my bike in so I could have it back the next day! You bet I'm going back- feeling thankful.

Monica

Thank you all, What a great store and very wonderful group of guys. I love the quad. We were so pleased with the service.

Many Thanks, Patrick Johnson and Stacey Keesler

Barry, Steve, Cassie, Jeff, Dave and the rest of the Sierra Cycles Staff - Thank you so much! We had a dream and it didn't quite work out but you all made it happen. You all took the time and helped us, and it means so much. We really appreciate the time, work, thought, and effort you put into it. Thank you again,

Todd & Cindy Sawinski

Sierra Cycles is the kind of shop that you want to go to. They are very helpful,... are willing to answer all of your questions and really take the time to make sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. I have bought 2 bikes from them and have not had any issues. The Best part about shopping there was I never felt any kind of pressure to buy from them. The shop is very trust worthy. Thanks so much!
John

David,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the way you, your dad, your wife, and the rest of your team took care of us on Saturday. The kind of service that we received, once again, was top notch. Your dad was able to work the numbers in a way that benefited all of us - I was able to get the motorcycle that I wanted at a fair price, got a fair price for my old motorcycle, and you guys sold a motorcycle.
Thank you again and keep up the great customer service. Trust me, you can't get that kind of personal touch approach to customer service at other dealerships. Please express my sincere gratitude to everyone that was involved.
Jose

Hello David:
First off, thank you very much for the fantastic deal that you provided on the 2009 Kawasaki Concours. It is everything I had hoped for and more. Out of my numerous dealership experiences, working with you, Barry, and Sierra Cycles has been, by far, the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. It would be my pleasure to recommend Sierra Cycles without reservation as the place to purchase your next motorcycle. I only wish that I lived closer to Sierra Vista, because based on the sales experience, I would have used Sierra Cycles exclusively for my service needs. David and Barry, keep up the good work!
Best Regards,
Matt

Last year around this time I was trying to decide what to get for my husband, Jay. December is always a very big month, but this time not only were we celebrating both our birthdays and Christmas for our family… we were celebrating 20 years of marriage!I wanted it to be huge for my husband who is an amazing father, thoughtful, funny, caring and warm husband, best friend and soul mate. He thinks of all of us before himself and does everything in his power to balance it all. I thought, hmmmm….getting him a power tool just won't cut it this year! I started listening carefully to get some hints. Fortunately for me he has always wanted a motorcycle and would go browsing. He wanted one so bad but just couldn't justify it considering family expenses and Christmas around the corner. This was perfect and I began to plan the surprise, gathering bits and pieces of information on the color, make and model he wanted! I know absolutely nothing about this kind of purchase so I began doing a little research on prices, loans, etc. He had already seen a bike he wanted at Sierra Cycles but I blew it off and made him see that there was no way we could afford it...I kept insisting on things we really needed! Poor guy!

This all led me to visit Sierra Cycles, when I met David and Cassie Levitt. I went in to the store and actually saw the motorcycle Jay wanted - Suzuki M109-orange like the color of his phone! I started talking to David and filled him in on my plan. I could not believe how easy all of itwas. They loved the idea of a surprise and wanted to help. After we talked about all the financing options, I filled out the paperwork and bought a bike! I could not figure out how to get him there. After some thought a plan was in action that we could pick it up a few days later right before his birthday. Problem was getting him there before the store closed because of his schedule. That did not stop the Levitt's!! Cassie gave me her number and told me they would be happy to come back and open just for us!

Deb Kase 2.jpg

The night of the surprise was incredible. When Jay got home, my sister (who was in on the surprise) called him to see if he could help her. Her car broke down in this Plaza on Fry Blvd. He said he would go help and I said we should all go, since she had her kids and I was worried. I texted Cassie to let her know that we were on our way! When we got there, my sister said someone helped her and she was good to go. We were standing in the parking lot talking about it and my husband noticed Sierra Cycles lights were on. He said, “I didn't know they were open this late, I should show you that bike!" I said, “Jay, seriously, not a good idea!" My sister said, “Oh I love motorcycles, we should check it out!" So, we all walked over but the doors were locked. David came to the door and said, “Sorry, we're just doing inventory". It was funny because Jay said, “oh, I was just gonna show my wife a motorcycle I like". Without skipping a beat David said, “Well, come on in it's fine." He looked and looked, but couldn't find the motorcycle. I felt terrible because he looked so disappointed. After talking, Cassie and David explained that someone just bought that bike the previous weekend and were picking it up soon. They gave Jay their card and said if they got something in, they'd let him know. When they walked away, he looked at me and whispered, “see, that's what happens, that could've been mine, I'm so pissed". We all walked out and right outside the store was his bike with orange balloons on it! Still not on to us, he turned and said “now ain't that a kick in the balls! The guys gonna pick up the motorcycle I wanted!" David sneaked the keys to me behind him and I said, “yes, HE is going to pick up his bike tonight!" and I handed him the keys! His face was priceless. We all laughed and told him all the effort and fun we had. David and Cassie were amazing. I found out later, that Jay had spoken to Barry at Sierra Cycles a few times and thought he was such a cool guy, knowledgeable and helpful too! Our family will never forget them and their kindness. I would recommend Sierra Cycles to anyone. When they say they are about customer service, they mean it sincerely.
